Evaluation Form
If you would like to evaluate your coach for this season, please print the form from the 2008 Season Forms tab and send it to Duneland Pop Warner, P. O. Box 778, Chesterton, Indiana 46304. Thank you. Competitive Level Football and Cheer
At the competitive level for football and cheer: Players, cheerleaders and coaches are to attend 75% of the remaining games and practices for this season in order for these individuals to receive funds for traveling to
Standard Bank ABC Program Duneland Pop Warner has partnered up with Standard Bank of Chesterton (by Jewel on Indian Boundary) to raise funds for the organization. For each FREE checking account that is opened, Standard Bank will give YOU $75 and Duneland Pop Warner $75. This is an excellent fundraising opportunity for the organization. There are no "secret fees" attached and you can do this at ANY TIME!!!. Please read the letter on the ABC Progam page from the manager of the Chesterton Branch. Please help support the organization and put some money in your pocket as well! When you open the acount, please make sure they know you are supporting DUNELAND POP WARNER!!! Thanks in advance! Don't forget, you can do this at ANY TIME...
Volunteer Application
If you are going to be a coach, assistant, team mom, student demonstrator, etc., you must have a Volunteer Application filled out, with a copy of your driver's license by July 19, 2008 or you will not be able to be on the field. Refund Policy:
Refund Policy for 2008 Season is as follows : Any child who drops out on or before July 15, 2008 will receive a 50% refund of fees. Any child who drops out on or after July 16, 2008 will not receive any refund of fees. The only exception is a child who does not make the required Pop Warner certified weight. In this case the participant will receive a 50% refund. No other refunds will be issued after July 15, 2008.
Monthly Board Meeting
The next Board Meeting is Sunday, November 2
, at 7:30 pm at the
Library Service Center. All are welcome to attend. The available positions for the 2009 season will be President, Vice-President, Treasurer, Concessions and Equipment Manager.
